Oh, To Be a 2 Year Old

I'm not sure what everyone is talking about when they say "The Terrible Two's". With my 2 boys, age 2 has been my absolute favorite! There's just something about watching them come into their own, and develop their own unique personality that excites me. The world is amazing to them, and the smallest thing is the biggest event. Going to Disney World and going on a walk and throwing rocks in the water is equal in their eyes. Something as simple as giving them fruit snacks as a dessert with lunch brightens their day. One moment they will be upset that they have to head back home, but when they find out you're going home to book their birthday party at the zoo, it's all better and they have forgotten that they were upset in the first place. A simple costume cape magically transforms them into a super hero and they can fly around town. The world is such an exciting place when you're 2 years old. Why do we have to grow up?
